Day 25, Tuesday, June 23, 2026: Charting a Path

The morning was a warm one, but our crew was out and busy at 8 am. P2’s task this morning was to clear out all the leftover grass in the Western side of the garden, beside the patio. P and Y continued to dig out the path over in the North. There were multiple planning breaks as D and P debated the best way to shape the path, as well as what angle the slope vs the landing should be at. We eventually decided to lower the landing area, add in another wide flat rock and give the West to East path a gentle slope. D whipped out a new jig to help plan the right slope throughout as P dug the path and added gravel along it.

In the evening, P and D continued adding gravel to our path before we ended the day for a special dinner. Tomorrow, we continue to work on the path, and we have new plants to buy and plan for the garden!
