Day 21, Friday, June 19, 2026: Streaming back!
Friday was a truncated day for garden progress as everyone was busy with miscellaneous errands or their day job. P spent some time in the morning to glue down the folds at the stream mouth underneath which we had poured gravel the prior evening. He also replaced the liner and under-lay back over the stream to do this. The glue needs time to dry. Y replaced the stream bed stones and the rocks we had taken off from the stream sides, except for the area where the liner was still drying. D helped carry in the big rocks from the rock quarry in his trailer while P lifted them over to the small pond for us to place tomorrow.
We called it a day before 7 and wrapped up for dinner time.
Separately on the bridge front, KG sent us some sample profiles for the finishes on different parts of the bridge. They all look good!
While today was a short day for the crew, our goal over the weekend is to completely conceal the black pond liner and under-lay. More tomorrow!
